Community Cappers Lock In Their Weekly Picks

Last Week: 1-2 | -1.17u

  • Michael Porter Jr Under 6.5 Rebounds [+110] ❌ / UNDERground Lab

  • LJ Cryer Over 2.5 Rebounds [-120] ✅ / Locksmith

  • Elijah Hawkings Under 9.5 Points [-115] ❌  / Locksmith

Overall Record: 13-13 | -0.71u ⚖️

The Return of Peak Picks👇

While Duke still has Sion James healthy, Knueppel does a lot of work inside and out, which ends with defenders collapsing on him and leading to open looks.

With the surge of Isaiah Evans as a starter, along with Cooper Flagg and Khaman Maluach, Knueppel should be able to find his guys for open looks.

Morant SHOULD be matched up with Daniels if he plays.

Daniels is a stingy on-ball defender and usually goes over the screen to disrupt the opposing players best perimeter player.

Morant looks to drive in transition and in the halfcourt first so if Daniels can maintain that pressure, then I don’t see Morant having plenty of opportunity to launch 3’s.

Its not like he’s excelling in that area anyways only shooting 22% and averaging 1.2 3’s per game when the starting unit is active (no injury report news thus far).

I’ll take a stab here in case Morant plays.

Sallis looked frustrated in that game, and Wake will certainly have a different plan of attack for this one.

  • Sallis averages 2.6 assists/game at home compared to 3.2 in away games.

He’ll need to play an all-around game to keep Wake close, which he can certainly do.

Sallis has notched 20+ pts & 3+ assists in 10 games this season, and I have a feeling this game will be another one of those.

  • I also sprinkled 0.2u on Sallis 5+ (+600, bet365)

The World’s First Transparent Sports Capper Marketplace

For those who don’t already know, Juice Reel is a free sports betting app that has a wide range of different offerings for its users.

  • Track and analyze your betting performance (300+ sportsbooks)

  • Find boosts and promotions across sportsbooks from your state

  • Free and paid picks from community cappers and Juice Reel itself

  • Line shopping and arbitrage

  • A new leaderboard feature 👀

Today, we’re breaking down the latest (and maybe greatest) feature the app has to offer.

What Juice Reel has dubbed "The World’s First Transparent Sports Capper Marketplace"

Juice Reel Home Screen

Leaderboard

The concept of a leaderboard is pretty simple, and that’s exactly what we’ve got here.

Juice Reel presents the Top 50 bettors syncing on their platform, giving users a peek into how each capper operates.

Top 50 varies based on sorting

Users can analyze bettors throughout the past week/month/year, and then get even more granular:

  • Juice Rank

  • ROI

  • Unit Size

  • Total Risk

  • Bet Count

  • Profit ($)

  • Profit (Units)

  • Leg Win %

  • Bet Win %

As you sort through the leaderboard you can "favorite" the cappers that catch your eye and track them in a separate tab.

Analyze a Capper

Being able to see a capper’s ROI, profit, unit size, etc., is all great - but that only tells you so much.

Juice Reel lays out another layer of stats when you pick a specific capper.

Capper Profile

A capper’s main profile includes open and settled bets, a historical chart tracking week/month/year, and more additional about the person you might start tailing:

Capper Bio

Daily W/L this month

“Healthy” bankroll movement

Rank in Niche Categories

  • PP Jersey: Props

  • P Symbol: Parlays

  • Scorecard [1-0]: Game Bets

2 (Important) Metrics & Unit Size

Juice Reel adds an additional 2 metrics to help bettors get an idea of how the capper operates.

Renewal Rate

  • Percentage of subscribers who renew their subscription, divided by the number of subscribers who renew and cancel

    • Possible Options: Very Good, Good, Average, Bad

Tailability

This is one of my personal favorites - What’s the point of tailing a capper if you can’t get their bets in on time?

  • Determined by the amount of time a user takes to sync their bets after placing them.

    • Possible Options: Very Good, Good, Average, Bad, and Very Bad

Buying Picks on Juice Reel

Pay Juice Reel through the App Store, and get access to that capper’s picks.

  • Each capper offers a unique plan, but I will note that most seem to be very reasonably priced.

    • $1.99/day

    • $14.99/day

    • $4.99/week

    • $49.99/week

    • $0.99/week

    • etc.

Again, the app is completely free to use, and there are ways to access certain community picks without paying money.

The Bottom Line

Juice Reel’s Marketplace offers bettors a unique edge by transforming hundreds of thousands of data points into insights that actually matter.

Use leaderboards and in-depth capper profiles to compare, choose, and follow top-performing bettors based on the metrics that matter to you most.

The Locksmith Way

After getting a feel for the new marketplace, I had a few thoughts that seemed worth sharing.

  • Long-Term Trends Matter: It's tempting to jump on the bandwagon of a capper who’s had a stellar week. Just remember: exceptional (or poor) performance over a short period can be an anomaly for any capper.

  • Go Beyond the Filter: Every bettor is different. As you filter through the dashboard, pay attention to the metrics you care about.

    • Two cappers could have the exact same ROI, while one averages 20 plays a day and the other averages just 3.

      • Which would you rather tail?

Last Call: 5 Key CBB Regular Season Games

Champ Week is tipping off in the next few days, but we’ve still got some great matchups to close out the regular season.

Until then, we’ve got some matchups with big-time implications - for March Madness and Conference Championship Week.

Rankings via AP Poll (updated 3/3/2025)

1. Saturday (3/8) | Auburn1 @ Alabama7

  • 2:30pm EST / ESPN

Auburn took the first meeting 94-85 on February 15th, led by Johni Broome’s double-double (17 on the season). Mark Sears had 18 Points and shot 4-17 from the field.

This matchup will have big implications for both March Madness and conference tournament seedings. Expect a high-scoring affair as both teams are comfortable in games surpassing 90 points.

Projected Line: Auburn -2.5

2. Wednesday (3/5) | Florida5 @ Alabama7

  • Tipoff 7:00pm EST / ESPN2

Two of the best teams in the country going head to head, with heavy NCAA Tourney seeding implications. Florida holds the higher ranking and better record, but Alabama has played more Quad 1 games than Florida and holds a better win %.

Both teams have played and won big games this season, and either team can do it on Wednesday. Home court advantage falls to Alabama, and an inconsistent road team in Florida will need to show out in a loud environment.

Projected Line: Alabama -3.5

3. Monday (3/3) | Kansas @ Houston3

  • 9:00pm / ESPN

    • Houston -9.5

    • O/U: 132.5

In their last game on January 25th, Houston beat Kansas in double overtime, 92-86.

Houston has won two out of the last three games between these two, and will now play the Jayhawks at for their final regular season home game.

Kansas faces the daunting task of toppling a top-ranked squad in Houston, which ranks #1 in Division I points allowed per game (57.8).

This Jayhawk squad is a project 6-seed right now, and has fallen quite far from it’s #1 preseason ranking. They’ll need all 6 seniors to step up in this one, as well as AJ Storr and true Freshman Flory Bidunga.

Dickinson averages 16.9 PPG this season, the lowest since his freshman year (14.1)
  • Kansas are 5-7 ATS on the road

  • Kansas are 2-3 ATS in their last 5

  • Totals went OVER in 2 of Houston's last 5 games

  • Totals went OVER in 9 of Houston's last 19 home games

4. Saturday (3/8) | Duke2 @ North Carolina

  • 6:30pm / ESPN

Coaches come and go. Players come and go. Fans come and go. No matter who is on the court or in the stands, this rivalry is one of, if not THE, biggest rivalry in college basketball.

With Duke vying for a 1-seed and North Carolina hovering right around the bubble, this promises to be one of the best games to end the regular season.

Projected Line: Duke -12.5 / (assumes Cooper Flagg will play)

Last Time Out

  • Duke Wins 87-70, covering both the -13.5 opening and -12.5 closing lines.

  • Kon Knueppel: 22pts / 5 rebounds / 5 assists / 7-11 FG

  • Cooper Flagg: 21pts / 8 rebounds / 7 assists / 3-5 3PT

  • RJ Davis: 12pts / 5 rebounds / 2 assists / 4-11 FG

5. Saturday (3/8) | Marquette20 @ St John’s6

  • 12:00pm / FOX

The Pitino era has been great to St John’s, who clinched its first outright regular-season Big East title since 1985 this past Saturday.

The Red Storm dominate on their home court, with only 2 home losses on the season (both in November). They are led by Juniors RJ Luis and Zuby Ejiofor.

St. John's claimed a 70-64 victory over Marquette in early February, led by Kadary Richmond's near triple-double (18pts / 11 reb / 8 ast).

Expect an intense game with Marquette looking redemption - both teams are considered “locks” for March Madness, but this game will have both March Madness and Big East Conference seeding implications.

Projected Line: St John’s -5.5
