This Week…
This Week’s Betting Picks
Last 2 Plays: 1-2 | +0.61u

Chargers 1Q -2.5 (-110) ❌ / Locksmith (-1u)

2025 Record: 67-50 | +17.72u
Given the Seahawks pass rush, I think the Cardinals will use Knight as a pass catcher while Demercado handles the early down work since Knight has ran more routes thus far.
The Seahawks have struggled containing pass catching backs and this is where I think the Cardinals will look to exploit that edge.
Given Demercado’s good pass protection, that would also limit Knight’s snaps as the Cardinals will look to try to give Brissett a clean pocket throughout the game.
When you look at both times Knight went over this line, Demercado got hurt mid game and was out the following week.
Benson has been out since their last matchup vs Seattle in week 5, so since the recipe worked so well vs Dallas, I think that carries over here with Knight being the pass catching back with some scattered attempts to keep Demercado fresh.
This also has the potential for negative game script too.
We got a shot here so give us the UNDER!
Notre Dame's offense has started sluggishly in several games this year, and Navy's triple-option attack is built to chew clock and limit possessions - an approach that only strengthens in poor weather.
The Irish should lean on their productive RB tandem of Love and Price yet again, facing a Navy defense that is average against the run but stout enough to force methodical drives.
With Notre Dame often struggling to cover large November spreads at home, look for a slow-paced, lower-scoring affair that makes 28 points a valuable cushion for the underdog.
I'm also playing the Under (56) for the game
Betting Early Season CBB?
The calendar's barely flipped to November, and the 2025–26 college basketball season is already in full swing.
For the next 5 months, we get to watch more than 350 teams navigate the chaos that is (in my opinion) the best betting season of the year.
For bettors, these opening weeks aren’t just a warmup.
It's the best time to find real, sustainable edges in arguably the most exploitable window of the entire season.
BetOnline's Sportsbook Brand Manager, Dave Mason, said it best:
After opening night Mason admitted his sportsbook got beat, but that’s not unusual this time of year.
Why?
The early college basketball market is notoriously inefficient.
With offseason roster shakeups and the fresh chaos brought by the transfer portal and NIL era, oddsmakers race to price games with incomplete info while bettors still focus on football.
Blindly betting sides and totals, even at close, can outpace “efficient market” theory in November and December, when even the books are learning on the fly.
A Prime Example
Just last season, Butler University was favored by 17.5 at home versus Austin Peay.
But it didn't go that way.
The Bulldogs trailed by 5 at halftime and ultimately lost outright - a headline example of how little the market knows about true team strength the first few weeks.

With new coaches, transfers, and unpredictable rotations, upsets and massive line swings become the norm, not the exception.
Takeaways For Bettors
Early season means edges: Value exists for bettors who move quickly and do their homework, especially before mainstream attention picks up in January.
Don’t be afraid to fade the market: Bettors rooting for favorites and big-name programs often overprice teams. Look for opportunities with mid-majors and lesser-known rosters still gelling.
Monitor line movement: Oddsmakers adjust rapidly as new info surfaces, so don’t assume the closing line is "efficient" this time of year.
Bottom line: November and December provide the greatest opportunity to exploit mistakes and uncertain markets - IF you're willing to dig deeper than the schedule and box scores.
But that doesn't mean you can bet on every underdog and expect to be profitable.
Get your research in early and don’t wait for March!
